- $20–$28/hour (base + incentives + tips)
- 30–40 hours/week
- 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

About the Role
As a Dog Wellness Advocate, you are the first impression for every dog parent. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and educate customers on the value of routine dog care. This is a sales-driven role built on building relationships, trust, and genuine enthusiasm for dogs.

What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales through customer connection and education
- Recommend services, add-ons, and products to meet customer needs
- Manage appointments, customer profiles, and phone inquiries
- Provide a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills
- Genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing
- Confidence in sales (membership or retail experience preferred)
- Strong communication and basic tech/computer skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
